Use and return a shared bike

   Find a pedal bike and inspect it

   Look for 单车 / 自行车, not 电单车 / 助力车. Before starting an order, check tyres, saddle, pedals, frame and visible damage. Squeeze both brake levers. Choose another bike if anything is loose or damaged; do not begin a paid ride just to test a clearly broken bicycle.

   Finish identity checks while you are stopped

   Choose your phone's actual country code, request the SMS and enter it yourself. If asked for 实名认证 (identity verification), select 护照 (passport) or the matching document type and copy your passport details accurately. If it says 审核中 (under review), wait for approval and use the metro now—there is no guaranteed instant workaround.

   Check the destination's return zone

   In the bicycle service, inspect the map for permitted return points near your destination. Then check a cycling route in your navigation app. A walking shortcut can include steps; a driving route can include roads closed to bicycles. If the destination is outside 运营区 (service area), pick another mode.

4. 04

   Read the fare before confirming

   Find 计费规则 (pricing): starting charge, included time, additional time blocks and any relocation charge. Review 押金 (deposit), 骑行卡 (pass) and 自动续费 (auto-renewal) separately. Prefer a single ride for the first test. Do not approve an unfamiliar deposit or recurring pass just to get past the screen; take a screenshot of the quoted terms.
