Before leaving the shop, ask for both the sales invoice and your departure-refund application: 请给我销售发票和离境退税申请单。 / Please give me the sales invoice and departure tax-refund application. Check your identity and the goods before walking away. A normal receipt, duty-free sale, merchant return or payment reversal is not this application.
