Practical steps
A mobile boarding pass may not finish document checks
Check the operating airline's instructions for your international/regional flight. Online check-in can leave passport, destination-visa or bag checks unfinished. Go to a staffed airline counter when instructed, or when the kiosk cannot accept your passport. Keep the original document and booking ready; do not assume a QR code means you can bypass every counter.
