Keep your documents ready

- ✓Follow immigration and customs instructions. Ask an official if you are unsure what must be declared.

Complete the free Arrival Card if required
Use the official route
Open the NIA official Arrival Card service or its NIA 12367 channels. If you cannot use your phone, ask for a port smart device or paper Arrival Card. The official service is free.
Enter the actual arrival and stay
Match passport, flight and arrival port to the actual airport: HGH · Xiaoshan T4 / HGH · Xiaoshan T3. Copy your first accommodation's full address from the booking, not a sightseeing landmark. Follow the live form's fields.
Keep the submitted record ready
Retain the confirmation requested by the form. If a field or name does not match the passport, ask port staff how to correct it before joining the final inspection queue.
