Your options for leaving the airport
Airports may offer taxis, metro, airport trains, buses and ride-hailing. Availability differs by airport and time of day.
Know the main options
- ✓Taxi: a road journey using the airport’s designated taxi service.
- ✓Ride-hailing: an app-booked car with a designated meeting point.
- ✓Metro or airport train: rail travel that may involve transfers and a final walk.
- ✓Airport bus: a scheduled service with fixed stops.

- ✓Your arrival airport and terminal, landing time and full hotel address.

Try this part of your Xiamen journey
Book the right car
Check the pickup field first
Confirm XMN · Gaoqi T3 or XMN · Gaoqi T4. Choose a named pickup offered for your actual terminal, then match building, floor and bay. The blue GPS dot alone cannot tell you the right level.
Enter your hotel, then check its address
Enter your hotel's full Chinese address. Compare Xiamen, district, road, branch and entrance with the booking. Tell the driver whether the destination is on Xiamen island, in Jimei or a mainland ferry terminal. For Gulangyu accommodation, first confirm the passenger ferry and island pier with the hotel; a taxi cannot finish the island leg. Zhongshan Road's nearby ferry terminal is not interchangeable with the daytime tourist Dongdu terminal.
Choose the car and review the price
Compare the available categories, estimated wait and fare. For large bags, choose a larger vehicle and send the bag count to the driver after matching. Six seats do not guarantee space for six suitcases. Review any fee or payment message before confirming.
Request when you are ready to meet
Use the terminal instructions below to reach the assigned pickup area. Submit the request, keep the app open and note the driver's plate, car model and meeting point.
