Panda Base: choose the right park, session and passport route

Select Chengdu Panda Base, not Panda Valley
Use the official 成都大熊猫繁育研究基地 account/mini-program. Panda Valley in Dujiangyan is a different destination. The official base also lists Trip.com as an authorized foreign-user ticket route.
Book a date and morning/afternoon session
The official base offers booking up to 14 days ahead. Adult admission is published at ¥55; confirm your date and ticket category before payment. Enter each visitor's own passport details exactly.
Plan the correct entry window
Published March–October entry is 07:30–12:00 or 12:00–17:00, with clearance at 18:00. November–February entry is 08:00–12:00 or 12:00–16:30, clearance 17:30. Check the booking-date notice and chosen entrance before setting off.
Take the passport to staffed checking
Keep confirmed order and original passport. Follow the day's foreign-document/manual lane; do not repeatedly try a Chinese-ID reader. If overseas-number signup fails, use the operator-listed Trip.com route or the on-site Cash and Cards window while stock remains.
If this does not workA failed app is not a reason to buy an unknown reseller's QR. Ask the official ticket window about passport handling and live availability; sold-out sessions are not guaranteed at the gate.
